What we provide is our best estimates based on our experience and the information provided by the our medical partners. If breed and eventual size are of great importance we suggest looking into a breed specific rescue or adopting a full grown animal.

Lolly is a beautiful  blue tick beagle type, who was found hanging around a mining property in Kentucky with her brother Hank. They were trapped and immediately taken to a kill shelter. Knowing that these dogs only other option was euthanasia, a foster based rescue from Chicago heard about two shy beagles and stepped in to save those two beautiful siblings. 

It didn't take long to realize that they were much more than shy. Lolly and her brother Hank are completely feral and terrified of people. Lolly refuses to let people get near her, but is also very smart and won't let herself get caught in confined spaces. The rescue she is with is foster based, which means that the rescue dogs stay with volunteers in their home. 

Lolly will likely never trust humans enough to find a forever home and she can't stay in a foster home rescue forever. She needs a place that has the space where she can keep her distance from humans and feel safe. So St Francis Farm has offered Lolly and Hank a home. But we need your help to be able to provide them with the love and care they need.

Monthly sponsors will provide a steady stream of funds that ensures Lolly can live the rest of her days happy and healthy here at the farm. Funds will go directly to her care for food, medical treatments, safe housing, and the love and care of our wonderful staff.
