Please note that we can not guarantee the age, expected weight or breed of any animal. What we provide is our best estimates based on our experience and the information provided by the our medical partners. If breed and eventual size are of great importance we suggest looking into a breed specific rescue or adopting a full grown animal.

Unless otherwise noted, ALL animals are fostered and available for adoption on Long Island, NY. 

Jerry was dumped at a Petco in NY while our parent rescue, Last Chance Animal Rescue, was holding an adoption event there. He was just a kitten and terrified. 

Luckily, an amazing foster stepped up to offer Jerry a temporary home while he got used to living in a home with people and until they could find him the perfect home. After months and months of working with him on socialization, Jerry is still quite scared of people and what is called semi feral. 

Jerry's foster realized that finding him a traditional home would be impossible. That is where the farm comes in. St Francis Farm was originally established to offer a home to animals in the Last Chance Animal rescue adoption program who could not thrive in traditional homes. Whether that be for behavioral issues or medical challenges. 

Now, Jerry will call St Francis Farm his home. He will join dozens of other cats who are also semi feral and need a special environment to thrive in. Jerry will most likely stay with us forever. Since he is only 1 year old, Jerry's forever could easily be another 15 years! That is 15 years of daily food, shelter, cleaning, and medical bills.
