Meet Maggie May, an adorable beagle mix  that is approximately a year old and weighs twenty-three pounds. Maggie May and her brother Deuce are from a hunting dog home but their love for people and lack of interest in hunting made them less than desirable to their family so they were dropped off at a rural animal shelter.  Now safe in NY foster care, Maggie May and Deuce are fantastic pups-quiet, sweet, wonderful in their crates.  Great with everyone they meet-they LOVE kids and are friendly with other dogs.  Moreover, Maggie & Deuce absolutely adore each other- constantly following the other around and cuddling up close.  We love to see such a closeness between the siblings and therefore as an incentive for them to continue their sweet bond, we are reducing the adoption fee to $700 for the two pups.
