How I ended up at the shelter sharing a kennel with my sibling I will never know, but boy am I grateful to everyone who helped me find my way. I am loving my foster home, living with my sister Fern and honestly, we get a little rough and tumble. I am looking for my own family, one where I can get the attention and guidance I need to blossom into a well adjusted dog.
I am 100% adorable, approx 4mths old and about 15lbs...but who knows what size I will be when grown. My foster family is loving hosting us and we are doing well with crating and keeping things clean but still learning house manners. I am curious and adventurous, excited for all the new experiences I can enjoy.
Before you start thinking about throwing a red bow around my neck, I am a 15 yr commitment and like raising a child it's not all smiles, giggles and fun. Without training, structure and consistency I can turn into a bit of a terror. So if you're on the fence may suggest it's a goal in the new year and consider fostering for now, and get a taste for the commitment.
If you are ready and have what it takes to raise a puppy, and can offer an environment I can thrive in then please apply online.
