Jack is our super fun and energetic 1 year old Jack Russel mix. He has to be one of the happiest pups around . His tail is nonstop and he is always smiling! Jack enjoys playing with toys, bones, treats, shoes, paper towel rolls, remotes, etc. Lol. He certainly loves being chased when he has something he isn’t supposed to, but he is a puppy with a LOT of energy – so training will be necessary but I have no doubt that he will prevail!! Jack is extremely smart and is so proud when he understands a command. He loves hearing praise! Jack is crated when we aren’t home and overnight. He is wonderful – goes right in, usually without a prompt. Jack is doing great toileting outside most of the time. He has an accident here and there, but it’s usually b/c we didn’t get him out the door in time. He enjoys going out for walks once you’re able to get it on him (he think you’re giving him the leash as a toy and ties to bite it). Once outside he is so excited to walk around and see everything in the world. Jack doesn’t have any aggression to food, treat or toys. He is wonderful with my 7 year old daughter who he LOVES to pounce on and bathe with kisses. I have 3 dogs and he is great with them, however the feeling isn’t mutual lol. Because he has a lot of energy, my older pups don’t like hanging with him too much. Overall, Jack is a wonderful young spritely typical JRT who wants to play and please!
