Foster Update:  Laika should be named Shadow. She just wants to be loved. She is one of the best Foster's I have had the pleasure of living with. She is totally house broken. Gets along well with my dog and likes cats. She likes kids, and she is gentle. She loves to go for walks and loves the beach. She rides well in the car. Rarely barks, actually only when she is scared by something, At first she is a little shy but when she warms up to you, you have friend for life. She doesn't have any food aggression. In fact no aggression at all. When excited her tail goes 90 miles an hour.  She play with toys and likes chew bones. I can't say enough good things about her. We call her Lila. Her picture doesn't tell her story she is much more beautiful. Her coat is shinny and her ears are floppy, and her eyes will just melt you.   If you have any thoughts of adopting a wonderful dog this is the one to consider.
