NEIL is an 4 year old, male beagle/basset mix whose soulful eyes will make your heart sing. Neil is a sweet, happy boy who loves to be cradled like a baby. Great with other dogs. He is very loving and affectionate and just melts when you pay him attention. He can not wait to find his forever family.
