If breed and eventual size are of great importance we suggest looking into a breed specific rescue or adopting a full grown animal.

Hi my name is Carol and I am a gorgeous girl with a sweet face and a laid back personality. I am about 20 lbs and really excited for a family or friend to call my very own, someone who will love me and guide me through life's adventure! I get along great with other dogs and don't mind cats.  I arrived to the LCAR sanctuary in labor and birthed 4 beautiful pups.  Once they were weened they came to NY and have all found their forever homes.  I then took on a litter of orphaned pups and nursed them.  It is my turn to enjoy the same happiness my babies have!  Would you make me part of your family?

At the time of adoption a donation of $250 (dogs over 6 months) and $350 (dogs 6 months and under) is requested before the animal is placed in a new home.
