What we provide is our best estimates based on our experience and the information provided by the our medical partners. If breed and eventual size are of great importance we suggest looking into a breed specific rescue or adopting a full grown animal.

SKYE is a beautiful 8 week old Lab mix pup.  She weighs about 5 lbs and is expected to grow to about 40 lbs.  She is a playful little girl and is very excited for a family of her very own.  She was rescued when her and her 3 siblings were being posted on Craigs list in rural SC.  Sadly, we all know what happens to puppies going on this site so LCAR intervened to take them in so we could guarantee they would have a proper home and remain safe forever.   Will you consider making her a part of your family?

At the time of adoption a donation of $250 (dogs over 6 months) and $350 (dogs 6 months and under) is requested before the animal is placed in a new home.
