Board of Directors
Whitney Brooke Knowlton Originally from, Hilton Head Island, SC, I know all too well the animal population problems of the south. After having spent a lifetime rescuing animals, I decided to formalize a rescue organization last fall in hopes of joining forces with the thousands of other rescuers dedicated to saving the lives of these innocent animals. I am a believer in the ideals of a No Kill Nation and believe that pet over population is a myth. Studies have proved that there are plenty of homes for these animals... But it requires work! Adoption is the easy part... getting the dogs and puppies from the hi kill shelters to the point of adoption is the tough part... It requires a lot of time and quite a bit of money (to do it the "right" way)... Please DONATE now to help us make saving lives possible!! Judith Langmaid I am happy to volunteer and help Last Chance Animal Rescue in any way I can. This organization has provided me with a way to affect a positive change in what often feels like a hopeless situation. I am very proud to be part of a group of dedicated volunteers responsible for saving so many lives.
