Paprika came to us in the summer of 2021 as a shy and shut down cat. He was originally brought into a shelter and after months of being housed there, he had no interest. Unfortunately for him, kitten season was in full swing and they ran out of space. Being so shy and an adult, he had limited options of rescue. We stepped in and guaranteed him a safe place to live at the farm.

Being that he is a timid cat, Paprika will take several months to adjust and feel comfortable in his surroundings. We have him in a quiet cat room with several other sweet but shy cats and a few super friendly ones. We know that they will show him the ropes and soon enough he will enjoy his home. He will one day feel more comfortable in his home and around people. Until then, we will give him the space and care needed to help him adjust and destress. He is a handsome tuxedo cat, and we just love having him on the farm with us.

At the time of adoption a donation is required before the animal is placed in an adoptive home.

$600 - All dogs

$300 - For dogs deemed seniors by LCAR (generally 8rs and older)

$200- For senior citizens (over 65 yrs of age) adopting senior dogs

$150 - For Kittens
