Meet Cane, a 14-month-old, 41lb boy who’s a real gem! Cane is friendly with other dogs and would do well with a dog-savvy cat, especially with proper introductions. He’s a quick learner, has great recall, and even knows when it’s time for a break—he’ll put himself in timeout in his crate when he needs some downtime. Cane loves his people and enjoys cuddle time, but he’s also very curious and loves to explore, especially in the backyard where he can run and discover new things. While Cane is still learning the ropes with the cats in his foster home, he responds quickly to recall and is learning to respect their space. Overall, Cane is a sweet, curious, and loving boy who will make a wonderful companion for the right home!
